Letting go will set you free. Here’s a practice: Breath in whatever is weighing you down, exhale and release it. Let. It. Go with that exhale. Don’t let unnecessary ideas, experiences, words hold you captive for any longer. Practice this until you allow your mind to let it stop holding you hostage.
